CDC Progressive Challenge

I created a card using a digital image that I found here. The striped background paper is from GCD Studios and the scalloped paper strip is from Crafters Workshop and is called Moonlight Mulberry. I used my Fiskars scalloped sentiment border punch to create the scallops. I colored the image using my Copic markers in E57, G17 & RV02. I used my Promarker for the eyes (B624 midnight blue). The sentiment was stamped using Aged Mahogany Distress ink and punched out using my Fiskar scalloped squeeze punch. The sentiment was from a TPC Studios set called Whimsy Greetings. Thanks for looking
